I do not believe in thoughtlessly accepting beliefs or ideologies. People have intelligence for a reason. We are not meant to accept everything that is told us by those in authority. We are told that the U.S.A. is a democracy. That has never been true. It has been an oligarchy from its beginning. It has just become more obvious, because the gap between rich and poor has gotten wider. It is time for a revolution, but what form this revolution takes needs to be planned thoughtfully. Before taking a firm stand on religion or ideology I want to be sure that I am not making a stand based on what anybody else thinks. Before I make a stand for socialism or anarchy I want to research and consider thoughtfully which would be more beneficial to humanity. I definitely believe in autonomy. I also believe in the equality of all people. All people should be treated with respect and dignity. Real change can happen if we work together and thoughtfully plan this revolution.
